Brooke has raced 4 seasons at Connecticut Boat Club, and is currently a senior at Greens Farms Academy.
Career Highlights:
Brooke joined the team at the beginning of her sophomore year. That spring she would race in the 2v8 at San Diego Crew Classic, placing 5th, and in the U17 4x at Youth Nationals, placing 6th. In her junior year she raced in the U17 4+ at the Head of the Charles, placing 7th, and during the following spring won regionals in the youth 4- and went on to place 9th at Youth Nationals.
Fun Facts:
- Brooke is one of 5 sisters
- She has been playing piano since she was 6-years-old
- She never played a sport before rowing
- Her favorite subjects in school are English and art
- She loves the Hunger Games and has read all of the books multiple times
Favorite Part About CBC:
My favorite part about CBC is how we are able to form such amazing friendships while still pushing each other in a competitive environment. We all understand that for our team to do well we cannot function as individuals, and I think this really helps us when working to support one another.
