CBC Development Program
"Internally, you experience rowing as a graphic microcosm of life - solitude, learning, work, rest, nourishment, sharing and ultimately challenge." -- Allen Rosenberg

CBC’s Development Program practices three afternoons a week during the Fall and Spring.  It is a nice way for younger athletes who are new to crew and who are not yet ready to make a full-time commitment to the Racing Team, to learn to row and experience what it’s like to be out on the water in a crew shell.  The program is open to any athletes in 6th-12th grade with an interest in learning to row.  The team meets at the CBC “Boathouse” which is located at Oyster Bend Marina, 23 Platt Street, Norwalk, CT.

The CBC Dev Team will practice three days a week starting April 3, 2023. Practices will run through June 2, 2023. Practice times are below.

  • Monday 4:15 PM -6:15 PM
  • Thursday 4:15 PM -6:15 PM
  • Friday 4:15 PM -6:15 PM
