Steph began here rowing career in 2012, rowing for her high school and club team in Syracuse, New York. In 2016, she committed to row for Mercyhurst University in Erie, PA.

Throughout her collegiate career some of her accolades included, competing at the head of the Charles Regatta, Dad Vail Regatta, co-captain of the 2018, 2019, and 2020 squads, and getting second place in the Women’s D2 4+ at the 2017 NCAA championship. She graduated in 2020. And was coached by former head coach, Adrian Spracklen. Now, Steph works full-time in the tech industry as a User Experience Designer.

Steph joined the CBC coaching staff in the fall of 2023. Eager to return to the sport after a few years away to spread and share her experiences and many learnings the sport has taught her.
