The CBC pair of Bridget Galloway and Sophia Greco beat Spain to win the B final at the 2021 Junior Worlds Championship in Bulgaria. The pair won 7th place overall. Congrats Bridget and Sophia!
Representing the U.S. in the Women’s B Pair Finals, Sophia and Bridget took first place, edging the Spanish team by two seconds and the third place Swedish team by over twenty seconds. You can see the race results (and the qualifying heat results) on the World Rowing website.
The CBC Novice team won the Novice Point Trophy at the Northeast Regionals held at Fish Creek in Saratoga New York on May 15-16. The Novices took first place out of eight teams competing for the Novice Point Trophy. Congratulations to the Novices!

CBC’s 1st Varsity 8+ finished 3rd out of 85 entries at this year’s Head of the Charles regatta in Boston!
CBC’s other boats also turned in impressive performances. CBC’s 4+ finished 35th out of 84 boats — which earns CBC an automatic entry for that event in next year’s regatta — and CBC’s 2nd 8+ finished ahead of over 40 crews, most of whom were their program’s 1st boats!
