CBC’s first annual Mother-Daughter Row was a great success!
After the last Spring “break” double session, the CBC team leaves the river spotless.
CBC’s 1st Varsity — Sophie Perez, Kaitlyn Kynast, Julia Abruzzese, Julia Cornacchia, Lauren Squitieri, Kat Kern, Grace Collins, Katherine Garrett, and Casey Batson celebrate a first place finish in their heat with CBC alum and recent Cal Berkeley grad, Sarah Schwartz.
CBC grads, Irene McLaughlin and Natalie Puente, celebrate their come-from-behind win over USC in today’s JV8+ heat. USC’s eight, stroked by CBC grad Isabel Puente, will have a chance for revenge tomorrow when both boats face off again in the Finals.
While at USRowing’s Small Boats Camp in Florida, Coach Liz and Kaitlyn Kynast ran into CBC alums (and current Northeastern rowers) Sam Schulman and Brooke Hermann on their college training trip . . . and wearing their CBC unis!!
CBC rowers and coxswains competed at the C.R.A.S.H.-B. World Indoor Rowing Championships. Many personal bests were set and Kaitlyn Kynast beat 190 athletes to win Gold in the Junior Women’s Openweight division! (See the Photos page for pictures.)
